He knows restaurants and hospitality related businesses.  Paul was a professional in the hospitality industry for 35 years.  A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, has owned and managed individual operations, supervised groups of up to 80 restaurants, held the position of general manager and food and beverage manager of large hotels.  He has held executive positions including general manager, food and beverage manager, division manager, regional manager, vice president, and senior vice president within Stouffer Foods Corporation, Specialty Restaurants Corporation, AIRCOA, and VICORP.

   

A Denver resident for 40 years, he knows Colorado.

   

    He is familiar with operators in this area, who is looking; which businesses may be attractive to which operators.
   

    Knows those brokers who specialize in restaurants and provides them with a professional booklet on every listing – then cooperates 50-50 with them.
 

    Member of Denver Commercial Association of Brokers and places available businesses and properties on the data bases of at least Xceligent, Bizbuysell, Restaurants-for-Sale and CABI web sites.
 
    Member of Cornell Hotel Society and will inform members of this organization who might be interested in the property.
 

    Charter member of Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, Inc. and will inform members of this organization who deal with restaurants.
